From 6th to 8th June 2025, BLS The Elite Club – managed by Clarks Safari – came alive with the rich flavors, vibrant colors, and heartwarming culture of Rajasthan during the Rajasthani Food Festival. It was a three-day extravaganza that transported guests straight to the land of royals through food, music, and traditions.

Authentic Rajasthani Cuisine – Crafted by Master Chefs

The highlight of the festival was the authentic Rajasthani thali, curated and prepared by expert chefs from Rajasthan. From the spicy Laal Maas and tangy Gatte ki Sabzi, to the comforting Dal Baati Churma, every dish was a tribute to the traditional flavors of the desert state. Guests indulged in a wide spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies, including Ker Sangri, Mirchi Vada, Bajre ki Roti, and Ghewar, that left taste buds craving more.

The ambiance of BLS The Elite Club was transformed into a Rajasthani haveli with traditional décor, colorful drapes, earthen lamps, mirror work hangings, and Rajasthani murals. Every corner echoed the warmth and royalty of Rajasthan.

Adding to the festive mood was the soulful Rajasthani folk music, with live performances featuring dholak, kamaycha, and soulful vocals. Guests enjoyed lively Kalbeliya dances, captivating puppet shows, and even got a chance to interact with local artists and performers, bringing alive the rich cultural fabric of Rajasthan.
